About the competition:
 
The competition is simple and anyone can help out his or her favorite school! All you have to do is shop at Kirkwood Mall between October 1st, 2009 and March 31st, 2010 and take your receipts to the CustomerServiceCenter located on the north end of the mall (outside of I. Keating Furniture). A Customer Service Representative will record how much you’ve spent, stamp your receipts and return them to you. Just remember to turn your receipts in within 60 days of your purchase and they must be from stores within Kirkwood Mall.
 
Schools get one (1) point for every dollar spent. 
 
First Place: $2500.00
Second Place: $1500.00
Third Place: $1000.00
 
Bonus Point Opportunities:
 
Each school has the chance to earn bonus points and is eligible for up to 1,000 points per month. To earn bonus points, simply advertise the contest. Some ideas include putting the logo and information in your school newsletter or newspaper, sending a letter home to parents, talking about the competition at a PTA/PTO meeting and putting it on the agenda, and hanging posters or banners in or around your school. Those are just a few ideas and you are welcome to be creative and use other means of promoting the competition. If you wish to use the above logo in your print materials, feel free to email me at: engelstl@urbanretail.com. To make sure you get the bonus points, please send proof of the advertisement to the above email, fax to (701) 255-6126 or mail to Kirkwood Mall, 706 Kirkwood Mall, Bismarck, ND 58504.
 
 
 
 Official Rules:
 
Customers can only use Kirkwood Mall store or restaurant receipts towards the promotion.
Receipts must be recorded within 60 days of purchase.
Receipts must be dated from October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010.
Receipt total, including tax, is eligible for credit.
Store gift certificate and gift card purchases are not eligible for credit.
Soliciting/collecting of receipts on mall property is prohibited.
Participating schools earn one (1) point for every dollar of valid store receipts unless otherwise specified by Kirkwood Mall.  Anyone who intentionally abuses the program will have their school terminated from the program and the school will not be eligible to receive a cash prize.
 
 
Weekly school rankings will be posted in an area on the Scheels wing.  Check weekly to see how your school is doing!  Good luck to all schools!

Kirkwood Mall's 40th Anniversary New Car Giveaway!!

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, Kirkwood Mall will be giving away a brand new 2010 KIA "Soul" vehicle!

Here's how to enter:

  1. Eligible participants must register WEEKLY at the Kirkwood Mall Customer Service booth beginning August 9th (one registration per person, per week; may not register anyone other than him/her self. 

  2. One $100 winner will be drawn each week for an 8 week period.  The weekly winner will receive a $100 Kirkwood Mall Gift Card.  They will also become a finalist in the October 9th Grand Prize drawing.

  3. The Grand Prize drawing will be held on October 9th.  The winner will be selected from the (8) weekly winners and from (7) additional persons which will be selected from the crowd (for a total of 15 contestants).

  4. Additional contest rules will apply and will be posted at time of registration.

To "KICK OFF" the 40th Anniversary Registration, Kirkwood Mall will be drawing an additional winner DAILY for the first 14 days of the promotion (August 9th through August 22nd).  These daily winners will win a 4-pack of Minnesota Vikings tickets for the August 28th game against the Seattle Seahawks in Minneapolis (transportation and accomodations not included).  REGISTER TODAY!!!!
