The Kirkwood Mall management team is housed on the property and is here to assist shoppers. The Mall Management Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For lost and found service or additional questions, feel free to call the Mall Office at (701) 223-3500. After-hours security number is (701) 222-1946. We will be happy to assist you with the following services:

• an electric convenience vehicle
• corporate gift card orders

 

MALL HOURS

Kirkwood Mall is open for shopping Monday through Friday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 6 p.m. Walkers may access the mall starting at 7:30 a.m. daily. Mall hours may vary during holidays. The mall is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

HANDICAPPED PARKING

Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and anchor store entrances.

 

RESTROOMS

Public, handicapped accessible restrooms are located near the Mall Management Office, and down the hallway between RCC Western Store and Hot Topic.

 

FAX SERVICE

A fax machine is available in the Mall Management Office. Outgoing faxes are $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.

 

MALL PAGING

The Kirkwood Mall Management Team will gladly page customers for the convenience of our shoppers. To have someone paged, please stop by the Mall Management Office.

 

“KIDDIE KRUZZER” STROLLERS

Stroller vending machines are located just inside the North main entrance by Kay Jewelers, and just inside the South main entrance by Kirkwood Bank & Trust. Strollers are $5.00 each and the vending machine will refund $1.00 upon return of the stroller. The stores do not offer change for rides.
